Magnetotellurics MT Audio Magnetotelluric Method Geophysical Survey Equipment for Metal detector
Brief of production
Magnetotellurics (MT) is a natural source electromagnetic method. Its basic principle is to use naturally existing electromagnetic field signals as field sources to detect the electrical structure of underground media. Since the earth itself is a huge magnetic dipole source, naturally existing electromagnetic field signals can be used as field sources to detect the resistivity structure of underground media by observing the distribution characteristics of electromagnetic field signals of different frequencies on the surface.
The UltraEM Z5 magnetotelluric system is equipped with GNSS satellite synchronization technology with an accuracy of more than 30 nanoseconds. Even in the case of GNSS signal interruption, the temperature-controlled high-precision clock module inside the system can continue to maintain synchronization. The system supports a variety of magnetotelluric measurement techniques, and can use high-frequency magnetotelluric sounding technology (100kHz-10Hz) to explore geological structures from a few meters shallow to a thousand meters deep. This depth range is usually the most active area of human activities. In addition, it can also use audio magnetotelluric sounding (10kHz-0.1Hz), long-period magnetotelluric sounding (1kHz-100000s) or broadband magnetotelluric sounding (10kHz-10000s) to study deeper macro-geological problems. The scalability of the system has been further enhanced. It can not only integrate other electromagnetic methods such as CSAMT, TEM, IP, but also perform conventional seismic recording, including observations of refraction, reflection, micro-motion monitoring and other methods, and support research work on emerging geophysical methods.
