Non-Magnatic Measurment Instrument Protable Digital Inclinometer
Product Description
Digital inclinometer is an instrument used to measure the top angle and azimuth of a borehole. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, coal, geological exploration, etc. For the measurement of non-magnetic or weakly magnetic holes, it can effectively overcome the interference of the magnetic field and provide accurate angle data. Its measurement results are usually displayed in digital form, which is convenient for recording and processing.
Working principle
Vertex angle measurement principle: Generally, it is realized by gravity acceleration sensor. When the instrument is in the borehole, the gravity acceleration sensor will sense the angle between the gravity direction and the instrument axis, which is the vertex angle of the borehole. Since the gravity direction is vertically downward, the vertex angle can be accurately calculated according to the signal change of the sensor output. For example, when the instrument is completely vertical, the vertex angle is 0 degrees; when the instrument is tilted, the vertex angle is determined by measuring the change of the sensor in the vertical direction component.
Azimuth angle measurement principle: In a non-magnetic or weak magnetic environment, a high-precision gyroscope is usually used to measure the azimuth angle. The gyroscope can sense the change of the rotation angle of the instrument itself. The instrument rotates in the borehole as the borehole bends, and the gyroscope can record this rotation information. The azimuth angle of the instrument relative to the initial direction can be calculated by integral operation and other methods. Its measurement accuracy depends on the accuracy and stability of the gyroscope, and the slight influence of factors such as the rotation of the earth on the measurement results should be considered during the measurement process.
