Electrical Geophysical Exploration Instrument for Resistivity Tomography

 

Introduction

 

Multi-electrode electrical resistivity tomography method is actually a combination of electrical profile method and electrical sounding method. Its principle is the same as that of ordinary resistivity method. The difference is that high-density observation points are set in the observation, which is a kind of array exploration method. In field measurement, only all electrodes (dozens to hundreds) are placed on the measuring point, and then the data can be quickly and automatically collected by using the programmed electrode transfer switch and the microcomputer engineering electrical measuring instrument. After the measurement results are sent to the microcomputer, the data can be processed and the results of various physical interpretations of geoelectric section distribution can be given. Obviously, the application and development of high density resistivity exploration technology has greatly advanced the intellectualization of electrical exploration.

 

The host machine WDJD-3A can do both electrical profile measurement and electrical sounding measurement. When only with WDJD-3A, it does electrical sounding. When works with WDZJ-4 or WDZJ-120 multi-electrodes converter, it do electrical profile.
