High Strain Dynamic Detector Induatrial Reflected Wave Pile Tester

 

 

A technique for a dynamic test of a pile foundation is the high strain test. The high strain strategy is used when there is a lot of energy acting on the pile top and the directly measured impacting force is equal to the design limit value. The dynamic pile driving formula technique, wave equation method, Case method, curve fitting method CAPWAP, hammer penetration method, and static and static method are the main techniques used in the dynamic testing of high strain pile foundations. These methods are all founded on the stress wave theory.

Pile body stress, pile structure integrity, and foundation pile bearing capacity can all be found using pile hammers and the high strain variation measurement technique.

 

Charging and discharging

 

1. Charge and discharge the battery under suitable conditions (charging temperature: 0℃-45℃/Discharging temperature: -10℃-60℃) (power adapter, AC input: 220V 1.5A /AC output: 15V 4.4A)

2. Do not use faulted charger to charge the battery

3. Do not charge the battery for over 12 consecutive hours

4. The battery's charging temperature must be within the temperature range recommended above

5. The charging time is 4 to 5 hours in general, and it usually takes about 6 hours to fully charge a fully discharged battery.

 

Storage

 

6. Store the battery in a ventilated and dry environment.

7. Recommended storage environment: 15℃-35℃, 75%RH Max

 

Disposal

 

8. Dispose of the battery according to the local laws and regulations which vary from countries

 

Cautions in use

 

1. Do not expose removed batteries to direct sunlight, fire, or water immersion

2. Maintain correct positive and negative polarity when charging the battery

3. Avoid short circuit of the battery

4. Avoid excessive physical shock and impact to the battery

5. Do not disassemble or deform the battery

6. Do not use the battery together with other batteries of different manufacturers, types and models

7. Keep the battery out of reach of children
